La climatisation une véritable aubaine
Appartement très bien équipé et surtout proche de la mer
La situation géographique et l'équipement du studio
Bell'alloggio ,pulitissimo, con bel giardino dotato di Sdraio ombrellone e divani. Dotato di 2 letti divano ( 1 piazza e mezza e 1 due piazze) angolo cottura con piastra induzione,forno. Microonde anche per cottura. tutti gli utensili. Toilette wc ambiente diviso dal bagno con doccia familiare.
Spiaggia a 50 mt
Manca parcheggio ma possibile trovare nelle vie.
Condizionatore .
Proprietaria gentile , bottiglia di benvenuto con gadget al nostro arrivo.
Posizione molto comoda alla spiaggia.
