Die Lage dieser Wohnung war hervorragend: wenige hundert Meter zum Strand und ca 1,2 Km zur Stadt und zum Park. Mit dem Fahrrad alles sehr gut zun erreichen.
Sehr nahe am Strand, ruhiger Innenhof, gute Raumaufteilung und große Loggia.
