The apartment is spacious and well equiped situated in quiet location.
There are 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom plus spacious living room.
Kitchen has all equipment needed for cooking + dishwasher. Apartment has a washing machine.
There is a parking space right in front of the building (we didnt have a problem to find a parking space every day), parking is free.
Apartment is 15 minutes drive from 24H Le Mans circuit.
Le calme, le parking devant l’entrée, le confort et l’espace de l’appartement!
Appartement très propre et tranquille. Je recommande.
L'action/réaction de la conciergerie. Pb d'heure d'arrivée, donc le ménage n'était pas fait. QQ1 est très vite passé

avec reve mans contact difficile pas eu d explication quant à la recuperation des clés accès logement il a fallu que ce soit des voisins dans l immeuble de la location qui nous indique l endroit de la boite à cles mais nous n avions pas de code les messages recus ne l indiquaient et en plus le tel ne passait pas de partout donc il a fallu appele reve mans au moins 3 fois et une fois booking pour arriver à se faire comprendre temps sur place 1h30 avant d avoir acces aux codes et connaitre les instructions reve mans pas très aimable booking ne connaissait pas les infos
