It is ok for staying just one night. Max 2. Flat is located in an condominium built most probably in the '70-'80 and offers underground parking.
This apartment was excellent, very clean excellent faculties and very good communication. Our parking was slightly difficult because we drove in a land rover with a top box making us over the height for most French underground parking. Highly recommendable
Spacious, modern and well equipped apartment - very clean, quiet and easy to access with key in lockbox - on 2nd floor.
Just 25 minutes walk to centre of Clermont where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Area felt very safe and appreciated safe individual underground parking for car - although it is a bit narrow.
Owner/manager very helpful and immediate answers to queries.
