Easy communication with owner. Nice and clean accommodation. Beautiful room and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Yann is attention to details and Thierry is the the best delivery man.
Would love to come back. We saw the other family and couple/ single room. Lovely as well.
The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The elaborate garden had several nooks and crannies, each decorated with unique items and lush plants. But, the best part was the hosts, Thierry and Yann (and their menagerie of pets). Thierry even moved his car so we could park in front of their home! They put so much effort into making their guests’ stays special: from the cookies and candies in the main hallway to the meticulously prepared breakfast. My sister and I absolutely loved our stay!
Everything was excellent. The hosts are very welcoming and took a great care of us. The garden, the breakfast and the room are amazing. Also it was very easy to reach the city center by bicycle in 10 min. Bicycles are easy to rent in the city.
Such friendly hosts who made us breakfast with homemade jam and lots of goodies. The accommodations were clean and with unique decor.  They have definitely thought of everything that we might need including extra snacks, maps, coffee, and tea. Indoor and outdoor seating in their garden was nice as well.
Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the old centre (3 minutes walk to the nearby T1 tram stop; 6-7 minutes by tram (runs every 5 minutes) to the edge of the old centre (Palais de Justice). Tram T1 also provides a convenient connection to the airport, although you have to change to bus 31 for the last 2 kilometres (but it's easy).
Bouquet-style room (chambre chez Mamie) with separate corridor, WC and bathroom. Everything very clean. Somewhat creacky bed with good mattress (not too hard or soft). The hosts (Thierry and Yann) were very friendly. Breakfast was great.
