What a little gem located on a lively little street full of cafes and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the castle in one direction and the old town in the other. Tastefully decorated in a medieval theme, something that could easily be over done. We felt engrossed in the history of Carcassonne but in a modern setting. Parking only a few minutes away, and free! Charming restaurants serving amazing food on your doorstep. Carcassonne is a very underrated destination for a city break and the location allows you to travel to attractions nearby (like the Lastours castle hike and Cabrespine cave). We had an amazing weekend and hope to return one day.

It's a really lovely place in a great location. Love the decor and the amenities, including the jacuzzi, heaters, and kitchen. Great view of the castle as well.

Location is really convenient to visit Carcassonne, close to the city, quiet and with lot of options in the street ( bars, restaurants...). Chris was helpful, available and very kind. The apartment is to move there :) If I returned, would definitely choose the same place to stay.

It was really lovely, in a very convenient location for the medieval city and the main town. We loved the quirkiness of the property, and the medieval features. The kitchen was well equipped too. The host was fabulous, and even gave us a lift to meet our family.

Charming apartment in a great location. Chris has decorated his apartments with care and attention. This is my second visit/stay. Very comfortable space - lots of room to relax in. Great communication too.
