Loved the view (unexpectedly good), the outdoor terrace with table and chairs, the pigeon doves mates that would come to visit us, the bed, the pillows, the kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of hot hot water. Washing machine worked well and laundry soap was provided. A small supply of coffee was on hand at the start.

The property was comfortable for our three night stay. The apartment is on the top floor which felt safe from the streets of Marseille (although no lift, so lots of stairs). We liked having a small kitchen and washing machine to use during our stay. The view over the Marseille port was also nice. Overall i would recommend if you’re looking for a more homely feel during your stay rather than a hotel or hostel.
