Propreté et espace très cosy
Bien aménagé et équipé
La présence d'une machine à laver et d'une climatisation, c'est bien équipé et agencé.
L’emplacement proche du CH de Niort, au calme dans une petite ruelle. Studio climatisé, agréable pour les nuits chaudes. Bien équipé, bien aménagé et très propre.
Super emplacement calme tout en étant à deux pas du centre ville. Pas de place de parking mets des places dans la rue à côté sans souci.
Logement très bien équipé et propre
Quartier très calme proche centre ville,et proche de la gare ,soyez rassuré je n'es entendue aucun train.
