Kirsi was so helpful and informative on places to eat, etc. Location was right across from the beach, but down the avenue. Using the tram helped a lot. Parking garage is super close.

The accommodation has the most perfect views - it is conveniently located right opposite to the beach so even if it rains (like it did when we visited Nice), you can enjoy the views from inside! There's a tram station right outside the accommodation as well as supermarkets in easy access. Kirsi who checked us in and kept communicating throughout was lovely and easy to coordinate with.

Great option for staying in Nice. Great location, very near to the bus or tram station, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The view is exceptional, large balcony that we were sitting and chilling every morning. You can see the beautiful sunrise from there as well.
