very nice and clean apartment with underground parking, near to the historical center of Annecy, has everything you need, beautiful interior
Le lieu géographique. On a pu faire la vieille ville et le bord du lac à pied. On est tombé pendant la fête du lac et on a vu sans peine les feux depuis la propriété.

Josselin est un hôte des plus agréables : accueillant, ponctuel, délicat, bienveillant, prévenant et disponible. Il est présent dès votre arrivée et veille à votre installation avec des explications on ne peut plus claires. Tout est pensé à l’avance pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Il ne vous reste qu’à suivre ses recommandations. Annecy a été génial grâce à lui. Un hôte recommandable à 1000 % !
Tout. Les accessoires de cuisine , le salon, la chambre à coucher tout est en parfait ordre et rien n’a été oublié.
Il ne manque rien. Très bonne localisation. Max 10 minutes de marche du centre ville.
Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire. Le stationnement au garage sécurisé est un plus.
