Easy access through key box. The host texted to make sure I was able to access the apartment late in the evening when I arrived. Paid street parking is possible in the area and not far from the apartment.
Very convenient location for easy walk from the train station. Around the corner is the beautiful Jardin Botanique de l'Arquebuse then an easy walk to the old town.
Host seemed very organized, sent me the code for lockbox at the right time ahead, all info was provided.
Flat is clean with practical and considerate amenities.
It was during French holiday so the building across was not in session so very quiet. And felt safe.
Two flights of stairs were doable with 20kg of luggage.
In a quiet residential area which is close to the train station and within walking distance of town centre. The apartment is very comfortable with all necessities. WiFi signal is very strong. I feel safe, cozy and relax staying here just like staying at my home.
Easy location (slightly rough neighbourhood, but fine - and easy to walk from the station), compact but comfortable.
Good communication with host, clear instructions with photos for guidance.
Light and bright little apartment less than 10 mins walk from Dijon Ville Rail Station, close to lovely park and easy walk to township and eateries.
Very clean and well stocked kitchen, small but good shower with no water issues.
Bed is a large fold out sofa, which was made up ready on arrival, enjoyed watching YouTube with sunset view and Summer breeze through window. Shutters on window to help keep sun out in afternoon and early evening.
Very little road noise, so peaceful enough. No issue wth Wifi.
Overall, good value for money.
