Très bien placé au centre-ville et pour autant très calme car les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur la rue.
l'appartement était beau et bien entretenu, très bien situé à côté du centre à côté de la gare, mon deuxième séjour dans le même appartement à Vichy, le propriétaire de l'appartement a été très serviable
