I liked the location (sometimes noisy) and the responsiveness of the owner to replace washer, although I was told it was going to replace back in January. The apartment had almost everything I needed. I only missed having a chair with a back. I should have heeded the warnings of the many stairs but after 10 days I could go up without stopping and getting my luggage down was easier than taking it up. The lockbox was challenging but possible. I had a bicycle blocking the lockbox upon arrival and didn't quite understand the FOB key to open the front door. Good response when I asked about it--setting me straight. The directions on PassPass was fine but I didn't remember that I needed to also check it on the departure. Crossing my fingers I get deposit back. It was a good location and served its purpose.
Very conveniently located to restaurants, Victoria Hugo Market, train station and shuttle bus to airport. We sat on the small terrace every day. Washer and kitchen were nice to have in a small apartment. Everything was as seen in the photos.
The prime location was just exceptional and the availability of the agent (Fanta) was amazing despite the fact that there was no help desk nearby.
Perfect place to stay in Toulouse. Very central location. The apartment is small but with practical layout and everything you need on a trip is provided. Very clean as well.
The location is perfect, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go in only 15-20 minutes and there's a supermarket right around the corner. The apartment was compact but perfect for me as a solo traveler, and it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the black-out shutters were amazing for getting some much needed rest.
