The location is great, close to everything. Including the city center and the port. The owners are very fast to reply and assist you if there is anything you need. They are kind and have great communication. Beside clean, the house is new and every piece of furniture is new. Would totally come back and will definitely recommend it to my friends!

The appartment was really cozy and clean and the location was great. It was easy to arrive from the train station to the appartment by tram and it is 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There are some nice restaurants and coffee places nearby. The toilet is a bit small in the appartment but that didn't bother us at all. We got really clear instructions to enter the appartment. I would stay there again in Nice and highly recommend if you are looking for place to stay 2-3 people.
