Fantastic location. Has air conditioning that works! It has been 35+ outside so really grateful to have A/C. Very comfortable bed. Functional kitchen. Plenty of room.

The apartments are old-fashioned, but have everything like home.
Clean,comfortable apartment,enough space for 3 cyclists to explore nice and beyond.ace location.
The apartment has a fantastic location in the old town of Nice. The area is full of good restaurants and cafes and we can recommend enjoying a good glass of wine at the wine merchant on the ground floor.
It is close to the beach and the famous promenade.
Our host Stephane was extremely helpful and accommodating. He is a star in his own right.
Location was amazing and Stephane, the host was amazingly accommodating and kind. He was also very helpful and always responded to questions within minutes! Could suggest this place more, for what we paid it far exceed our expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I’m in Nice!
