Our family of 4 was quite comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was so charming. We used the kitchen quite a bit and were pleased with its equipment. Our elementary aged kids each slept on a pull out - one on the double couch and one on the single convertible chair. It's in a lively neighborhood with lots to do and places to eat. Henry was so kind and communicative. Highly recommend!

Henry is a marvellous host! This place is fantastic and I think my favourite spot in Paris. Great vibe and close to everything. I will be recommending to friends.

Absolutely lovely place in the best location in Paris. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and super comfortable. We loved it! The apartment had a bedroom and a sleeper sofa, as well as another chair that can be used as sleeper twin bed. The washer works great, and there is a dishwasher. Lovely place! The owner is a very fine gentleman, super nice and kind.

The location was perfect! We walked many places or took the metro right around the corner. We were in very close walk to groceries and restaurants. Free live music in evenings but quieted down and no problems sleeping. Trash truck did seem to come every morning around 6:30am but not bad. Beds comfortable. My tween kids both shared the pull out sofa bed easily with plenty of space. Fun to look down at the street below. The host was so kind and helpful. We used the washing machine and hung dry our clothes. Also have full kitchen with dish washer that we used.

Beautiful cosy apartment in historic building. Quiet bedroom with large double bed. Bright, large living room with pull-out sofa bed .The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, filter and capsule coffee machines, kettle, dishes, dishwasher, glasses and cups, washing machine). Coffee and tea are provided. The bathroom with shower (very clean) and hairdryer. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the area. Metro, Cite, Notre Dame, Seine-all can (and must be) be walked in 2-10 minutes. Henry is absolutelly welcoming, informative and available!
