Clean, great location, a lot of things in the area to spend your time on, private, helpful owners, nice courtyard, building doesn’t heat up quickly by sunlight, quiet area, parking spots.
Very nice little house, well decorated and equipped. Just right for a couple. The air conditioner was excellent as it was very warm while we were there. The patio outside is also good to spend some time on. It is covered so that you to worry if it is too sunny.

Magnifique appartement design, confortable avec une implantation parfaite du mobilier qui libère visuellement les beaux volumes. Belle terrasse ombragée aménagée avec goût et délimitée par des plantations. Quartier très calme proche du centre ville. Malgré les températures extérieures élevées, on n'a pas souffert de la chaleur grâce au climatiseur et à la ventilation naturelle. Propriétaire très sympathique.
