Small place, friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning, good location…quiet at night.

I liked the location, close to many tourist sites, and if you weren't, you could take the metro, which was a three-minute walk away. The breakfast was good but lacking in variety. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything you needed. I loved the bed because the mattress was hard and it was perfect for my neck and back problems.
The only downside was that I couldn't get the air conditioning to work, but I didn't mind because it was cold, so I opened the window a bit. The other downside was that there was construction nearby, and it was very noisy in the morning.
This is the third time I’m staying here and I love the location and value of the hotel. The staff is just so nice and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and I like that they have full bathrooms.
