It was right on the seafront with terrific views of the whole bay both ways from its balcony. It was about a 15 minute leisurely stroll to the centre of the old town. It had a bar downstairs- The Big Boss ( which was not noisy ) - but which also served good snacks and had La Chouffe on draft!

Great location with a sea view in a local neighbourhood with a bakery/patisserie over the road and a few restaurants. Also only a 10 minute walk to the Vielle Ville of Menton and a 15 minute walk in the other direction to Roquebrune Cap-Martin (stunning coastal path). The apartment had everything you'd need for a short stay, including a balcony for breakfast in the morning sunshine. The host was great at communicating and sent very useful videos on the day of arrival of how to access the key and underground parking.
