Modern apartment with a very good kitchen, comfy bed, good security, roomy bathroom with a good walk-in shower, clean and quiet, good location and roomy, secure parking under the building. A professional Host company whose rep met us with the apartment's keys. An easy 8 minute walk to the train station.
We had a great stay at Le Bienveillant. Great location, very clean and well prepared apartment including an outdoor balcony. Apartment is well equipped.
Michelle who met us on arrival was very pleasant and helpful. Cocoon are very professional - good info before arrival etc. Impressed all round. No hesitation in recommending. Nantes is a great city to visit for a short break, and the apartment is a good base. We were very pleased.
