Le design, l'emplacement, l'équipement mis en place.
Un vrai petit nid. Le lit est très confortable, la salle de bain parfaite. L'eau chaude tarde un peu à arriver, c'est dommage pour la consommation d'eau, mais pas de souci de température. Situé au 3ème étage, permet de maintenir les cuisses bien musclées. Un peu de sport n'a jamais tué personne. Trêve de plaisanterie, il est super bien situé. Tout est à la main, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses, une laverie à 200m, hyper marché 6 minutes à pied, U à 150m, boulangerie, pizzeria, etc.
En somme, je suis très content.

Petit appartement confortable, très bien équipé et en hyper centre ville. Idéal pour séjourner quelques jours à Châteauroux.
