Logement d'excellente qualité, très bien agencé
L appartement correspond bien à la description. Bien situé , proche de la gare et tramway en bas de l immeuble. Appartement calme. Bien équipé.
Si je dois revenir au Mans , sans hésitation je réserverai cet appartement.
A noter, l appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.
Super emplacement: gare à deux pas, tram en bas de l'immeuble et superette à 50 m.
