Perfect location right at the heart of Rouen's city center, in one of the typical historical houses!
As a Rouen native myself I can guarantee nothing can beat this location for that price.
The hosts and "welcomers" are very friendly and responsive.
The apartment is nicely renovated with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The bedroom is nicely sound-proofed from the living room so the street noises are not an issue to sleep.
Bon rapport qualité/prix. Appartement fidèle aux photos. Idéalement placé
Très joli et super bien placé au centre de la vieille ville avec toutes les commodités aux alentours.
Parking public à moins de 5 mn à pied..
La chambre donne à l'arrière ce qui la rend très calme car les autres fenêtres donnent sur la rue très animée le soir. Mais on a très bien dormi grace à cela.

Très bon emplacement dans une rue ancienne du centre, avec de nombreux commerces de bouche et près de l'église de Jeanne d'Arc. Appartement agréable. Rue piétonne mais peu de bruits de l'appartement. Chambre sur cour. Bonne douche chaude. Bon chauffage simple à régler. Literie confortable. Ustensiles de cuisines suffisants - il manquait juste un couteau économe pour râper les légumes et un petit couteau pour couper. Sinon il y en a un grand.
