The host was fantastic and did his best to help me in every way. Kitchen fully equipped (including coffee) and the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great access to the train and about 20 minutes to walk to most popular destinations.
Enough internal area for 4 people, very comfortable, clean, perfect location, not noisy during January, well organized, easy access.
Although small we found the apartment just comfortable enough for four people. Absolutely loved the French rustic flair like the Juliet balconies and the painted ceiling in the lounge room. There is everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, soap, a hairdryer, a small iron and even a washing machine. The location is nice and central, only about 10 minutes walking distance to the train station (if you want to explore the coast by train) and about 20 minutes to the old town and beach promenade. If you don't want to walk there is a tram station around the corner of the apartment, but we never bothered with it.
Very spacious, great that the boys had there own room! Plenty of storage (wardrobe etc) washer/dryer was handy.
The apartment was well located and the owner was responsive. New sound proof windows and fans were a great addition
