We liked this apartment so much we stayed in it twice. :) We left Lyon to visit relatives in the countryside and then returned to the same rental apartment, so it was a very nice coming back to familiar surroundings. The apartment is small, clean, convenient to everything you need, and very easy to access as it is only steps from the double-gated secure front door.

This is a wonderful, easily accessible small apartment in a wonderful location. It has a small kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable terrace, a great, clean little shower room, a small washer for clothes, and is in the best, easiest, safest location.

The host met me in person to hand me the keys at the time of my choosing. Very flexible. The appartment building is kept and was getting renovated. So the co-owners are taking care of their property, which is good.

Location was great. Close to public transit, rental bikes and scooters, and within walking distance of Vieux Lyon. Two excellent boulangeries nearby. The apartment was clean and generally well-equipped but note there is no dishwasher or oven. It would have been very comfortable for two people but we found it a bit tight for four of us. Overall, if you are looking for clean, basic accommodations in a decent location, this would be an excellent choice.
