It was roomy - nice to have counter space and room to move around in general. The location is close to everything- markets, restaurants, brasseries, Thabor Parc (which is well worthwhile), and a 30 minute walk to train station. Good soundproofing windows. Nice long, deep tub! Comfortable bed. Good heating system.
Fantastic apartment in one of the historic houses that are so typical for Rennes. The kitchen of the apartment is very well equipped, with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and even a small dishwasher. Very convenient for somewhat longer stays. There is a very nice bakery across the street for your daily baguette and viennoiseries. The apartment is nicely renovated and comfortable, and the WiFi quality is superb. It is located in the heart of Rennes, near to pubs, restaurants and a large Saturday morning market with lots of fresh products. The market expands along the Place des Lices as well as inside the old market halls on the square. I could have stayed longer!
