Maison ancienne. Emplacement idéale. Probablement rénové récemment. Bien équipé.
Localização no centro de Chinon, numa casa antiga muito bonita, com vistas sobre a cidade e para o castelo. Boas áreas.
Para quem tem mobilidade reduzida, os dois andares de escadas podem ser um problema.
