Lea was fantastic. We communicated Via What's App to coordinate meeting time. We met at the Parking garage where she gave us the key card/ pass so we could park and then use our car for day trips. The apartment is on the up 4 flights of stairs, but this was not a problem for our group. Centrally located right in the heart of the city. Only one complaint, was they started jack hammering the street on Monday morning at 7 am - but there was no way of knowing that was the planned when we booked. Great place.

Slight issue with the key badge/fob but the host were very helpful and got us a replacement right away

The young lady - let's call her Mrs. M. - who handed over the keys to the apartment, is worth her weight in gold! She is so incredibly kind, helpful and responsive! And she speaks both French and English! We very much enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and quiet apartment. You can request access to a nearby underground parking which is so convenient! There is no airco at the apartment but there are electric fans throughout the place and in mid summer at Bordeaux you are going to need these. There is plenty to see and visit in the area. We have very much enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location apartment was very spacious and their host very accommodating. Probably not suitable for people mobility issues, as there are three flights of stairs.
