Location was excellent The surrounds were quiet and safe. Actual appartment was very good and it was nice to have the garden.

It was a really nice location on the front, shop was 2 minute walk. Pool small but good for a dip L, beach really close too. Right between Italian border and Monaco. Ideal for car hire too with parking, menton was a challenge for parking so this really helped. Cash machine next door too. Hosts were amazing too gave great information on the local area. Nice people. Apartment was nice too ground floor with a bit of garden space.

Lovely, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Great to have the extra space of a small garden as well as terrace. Fantastic view from the rooftop pool. 10-15 min walk to the old town one way and the train station the other. Great base for exploring the area by train. Mid size Super U 10 minutes walk which easily had all you need to self-cater. We drove up to the InterMarche by the motorway but it didn't give much more than the Super U and the prices were similar. Joelle and Pascal met us at the apartment, showed us around. Very friendly hosts. Although it is a ground floor apartment, there are a few steps to get to the apartment front door and also to access the swimming pool and the rubbish area. Overall it's a wonderful place and we thoroughly recommend it and would love to go back.

We stayed at Le lodge for 4 nights, May 2024. The hosts met us at the property, explained everything in detail, to enhance our stay in the apartment. Recommending walks and restaurants within the area and were very accommodating with our arrival time, which was earlier than the expected time. The apartment is tastefully decorated and there is everything you need for your stay, plus a lovely garden area and rooftop swimming pool. There are lots of lovely places to explore, also in the area, if you are there for longer. Rail and bus service are very good and it is easy to hop over the boarder to Italy if you wish to, although Menton has loads to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Le Lodge and there was only one complaint ......it wasn't long enough! So we look forward to returning for a longer stay. Merci Beaucoup, for making our stay so enjoyable.
