Great property, well equipped for a short or long stay. The apartment has everything you need. And the coffee maker and capsules left by the host was a lovely surprise.
Very clean and quiet, comfy bed, all the facilities in the kitchen, cool in the room when outside is too hot.
Near the tram no 2 station Magnan, very useful when you have to go to the airport or Port Lympia.
Also, a big thanks to Fernando, a very helpful host!

Our host was very communicative and made the check in and out experience very smooth for us. The loft is very comfortable, and a 10-15 min walk from the tram. We would consider staying here again.

This apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped with coffee machine and other appliances. It even had a washing machine and dryer. We were looking for an apartment with parking and this was perfect as it has its own private car space. It was an easy walk into the old town along the Promenade. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. Fernando was very good at communicating and responded to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Nice.
