Great location for Paris-Brest-Paris, just 1.2km away from the check point. Bikes can't go upstairs though but it was ok to have them in the corridor for a short time while resting. The corridor was full of bikes as many other cyclists had bookings in the building.
It was very well equipped: wifi, washing machine, kitchen equipment. Everything was well organized and explained: we received messages with very clear explanations how to enter the place, wifi access, etc.
Clean, comfortable, very good equipment, superb shower.
