This appartment was freshly renovated and the owners did a wonderful job. A lot of rented apartments are just pretty outside, but not practical, once you are inside. Here, everything works, the design is thought for the comfort of people. It is modern, with all the needed essentials. Contact with the owner was smooth and pleasant. Outside it smells of jasmine! Perpignan in spring is lovely, flower pots are at every building, filling the air with sweet perfume.

This is a beautifully decorated and maintained apartment in a serenely quiet and charming little quarter of Perpignan. It is only minutes on foot to the old town yet it is quiet enough that you can sleep peacefully with your windows and shutters open. The host is brilliant. Very responsive, his attention to detail in the apartment itself means that you want for nothing! We arrived to find cold bottled water in the fridge, tea and coffee, all the basics for cooking such as olive oil, salt, pepper etc. Quite simply this place is beyond doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed anywhere on our travels.

We have just returned from the most wonderful 3 night stay in this apartment. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. Everything that you could need or want is supplied. We can't wait to return again next year!!!

The apartment was perfect. Very clean, modern fittings and comfortable. Great location in a quiet side street with parking nearby and close to the town centre. Our host provided good instructions for entry and even parking. Definitely would recommend this. Andy
