Very well equipped apartment in fantastic location.
Owner left garage door open so it was possible the leave the car for the treasure hunt (walking is essential) for keys and apartment.
Wonderful adventure all the clues were well written and solutions very satisfying.
Coming from Oxford I think Vannes wins on places to visit. Architecture of Vannes allows an insite into how all levels of society existed within the city walls (still standing) and not just student life as in Oxford. Both cities have unfathomable traffic restrictions so a draw there.
A cruise on the Morbihan and a walk on one of it's islands is a must. Be aware it is a 2.5 mile walk to catch the 09:40 ferry.
On being aware I have a golf size car and it fits the garage anything much bigger would require exiting through the rear door.

Superb central location with everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped and the private Patio (garden) was such a bonus
