We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The location is very convenient, with the metro just 400 meters away. There are shops, bakeries, and parking options nearby. The apartment itself is very cozy. The only downside was a minor issue with the kitchen plumbing. Additionally, as mentioned by others, the sink and toilet in the bathroom are placed quite high. However, these were very small inconveniences and did not affect our ability to have a wonderful weekend and celebrate the New Year 2025 in Paris. Overall, everything was excellent. The host, Respect, responded quickly to our questions, and we had no problems during our stay.

Fridge, kettle, oven, microwave,iron, washing machine. Location is close to the center ( 5 km to Eiffel ) 25 m in front there is a big supermarket which is heaven. The owner is super helpful about check in- out. Answered all my questions . WiFi was working great. Easy qr access. Clean kitchen equipment
