Modern, clean and spacious apartment, great location, friendly and responsive staff who helped us with any issues. Good internet, well equipped kitchen. Close to Star rental bikes for getting into Rennes. Electric shutters make sure it's nice and dark at night. The bed could really do with an upgrade, the mattress was quite old. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours upstairs. Little details like a toilet paper holder or lamp shades on all lamps would make the place nicer. The heating system was bizarre and we were cold at night, but the staff brought us an extra heater which was very kind.

New bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. Nice big terrace. Amenities provided so basics were there (tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs etc)

Very nice apartment! Great location, nice area, new house, gym, beautiful river view from the terrace, free covered parking in the house with allocated space and remote control from the gate, beautiful long promenade along the river, nice to walk and watch the birds and ducks living on the river. apartment with a new good repair, new furniture, comfortable bed. The center is a 20-minute quiet walk, a small supermarket is a 5-minute walk, and a good cafe is nearby. very comfortable apartment, excellent value for money.

In this time, I booked for my business for around one week. There is good kitchen, bed room, TV, spread bath room, and balcony.Especially, in summer, this balcony is very nice to relax. And there is a supermarket, if you cook yourself, it is nice, but is rare restraint, if you wanna eat something, you need to go to central. C4 and C6 bus stop is close from here, so it is convenient to go central, air port, and university.
