ottima posizione, facilemente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, ma appartamento tranquillo, luminoso e silenzioso, ben arredato soprattutto nella zona giorno, all'ultimo piano dello stabile. Bella la terrazza che consente, in stagione, di consumare i pasti all'aperto.
