L'appartement est agréable, lumineux, grand, joli, déco soignée, Calme malgré les travaux, car éloigné de la rue. Bien équipé en électroménager. Présence de shampoing, savon, lessive, tablette lave-vaisselle. ... Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse en février, mais c'est un plus appréciable dès les beaux jours. La place de parking est salutaire dans un Clermont Ferrand en travaux. Il faut savoir néanmoins qu'elle n'est pas dans le même bâtiment, mais à une 50aine de mètre plus loin.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, Altstadt in Laufnähe, schöner Park gegenüber. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im nächsten Haus. Gut sortierter Supermarkt um die Ecke, ebenso eine tolle Tapasbar (Le 17.45).
