-Its really well connected to all the nightlife and the old town
-It took me about 9 minutes to walk to the beach from the apartment
-Its also about a minute away from the tram station from the airport and about a 15 minute walk from the nearest train station.

Great service by WhatsApp as they left key in a lock. Apartment was in a great location you could walk to everything and was really spacious. Had a washing machine.
Perfect location to access the old town of Nice. Kitchenette facilities sufficed for our 3 night stay.
Very difficult to find the place. (Nice Old Town is very compact and google maps struggles with routing. Poor description of entrance: a photograph would be absolutely essential. Eventually, after finding the place and checking in, it turned out the location was absolutely perfect and cannot be beaten for proximity to all the sightseeing. Public parking quite a way off is quite challenging and extremely expensive.
