Conveniently located. 20 mins walk from station, 20 mins from town historical centre. The room was very clean. It was mostly quiet, "mostly" because there is occasional tram or traffic noise, but hardly disturbing. Noise from within the building was very low. Did not see any other tenants. Sharing the WCs was not an issue. The kitchen was sufficient for preparing breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Shower worked fine.
The room is very well equipped, very clean and all pieces of furniture are new. The owner is very kind and the collection of the keys was simple. The autonomous heating of the room is excellent. In the kitchenette there is the possibility to cook and prepare some meals. Although the two windows are on the street, the room is quiet. The location is excellent at a walking distance from the historical city centre.
