Comfortable apartment, kitchen small but workable for such a compact unit, liked having access to the garden for the dog to stretch his legs. Having the garage for the car was good, our Susuki Vitara fit, it was a few inches off the wall. Window from bedroom looking onto car, desk in bedroom for working if needed. Table in living room folded out to make bigger table if needed, we did not need to. Tea, coffee, sugar, fruit teas all available including two bottles of water in fridge. Very helpful for someone getting there late in the evening like we did. Shower was lovely and refreshing. Close to shops and to the track if there for the racing. Drive to the river and town about 15 mins, was busy when we were there at 8.30pm on a Thursday evening. Good value for being so close to the centre of LeMans. Communication with host was very quick and very informative on how to access building and codes for Wi-Fi.

Quite, next to supermarket and bulangeri, back yard,garage good for bikes,plenty coffee and tea.

Location was great, you could walk to a great bakery and supermarket and the host provides all you need to clean up after yourself (washing up liquid, tea towel, broom etc) a great use of space and a lovely little place. Good communications with hosts and good book explaining local amenities in the apartment.
