Cosy studio with all that you need. Quite area but 5 mins walk you will find stores of all type.
L'appartement est correct dans une résidence relativement calme. Quelques odeurs au niveau de la salle de bain (vmc?)
Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer à pied et faire des courses mais aussi pour se rendre sur Rennes et faire des balades. La proximité des moyens de transports collectifs.
