The property is well maintained and decent sized. It would be very comfortable for 4 people to stay in, though you could fit up to 6. Each of the bedrooms is large. The toilet is in a separate room to the shower but the sink is in the shower room. The kitchen has all the necessary items to cook a full meal (pots/pans/chopping boards etc). I was attending a conference in the conference centre and the location is excellent as you are halfway between the conference and the town centre. There is a supermarket just behind the block for buying groceries etc. and both tram lines are nearby. It is a quiet part of town and the two double bedrooms have black out shutters and the twin bedroom has regular shutters.

Nice size rooms. Quiet in living room. Sense of space.

Apartamento muito bem centralizado, chega facil da estacao de tram, perto do centro, perto dos pontos principais e dos restaurantes, 3 quartos acomodam 7 pessoas, apartamento bem arejado, quartos de bom tamanho, silencioso, limpo com sala para descanso com sofas e sala de jantar. Cozinha completa. Fica no 2o andar, sem escada (mas isso ja estava previsto)
