The apartment is 15 minutes walk to the lake, canals and the Old Town, and 15 minutes walk to the train and bus stations. It is well equipped and has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. There is a large verandah allowing for plenty of fresh air. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is in a quiet location. The host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions.

You have a compact room that includes everything you might need for your stay at the lake. Iron washing machines fully packed kitchen to make your own meals by ease. Just a maximum 15 minutes walking by city center and lake. Nothing that will get you out of program. You are going to love it especially as a couple. Really cozy and cute

I had an excellent stay in this flat! The landlord was incredibly accommodating and greeted us with outstanding hospitality. Her passion for Annecy was evident throughout our visit, adding a warm, personal touch to the experience.
