The location, roominess of the apartment, washer AND dryer.
The owner was very responsive and helpful, and with good personality. Also the apartment was well designed and uplifting. It faced the Hotel de Ville (city hall) with flags flying, casual restaurants under the trees, and an incredible Wednesday market, and..,the windows were so soundproof that we heard no noise. Plus right in the center of the old town so it was a short walk to everywhere.
great size, amazing location right in the heart of things!
I like everything, particularly the location and the comfort, with full accommodations for a family of 3-4. It was very modern, clean and the best possible location, and soundproof too, overlooking the central square below.
