- Very convenient location, less than five minutes from the Gare and close to one of the main avenues in Nice
- The friendliness and hospitality of the host
- The overall state of the apartment: thoroughly clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed for a week-long stay (including AC)
- Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the top floor of a building with a very narrow elevator, and you need to climb a steep staircase to access it. Not suitable for people with special mobility conditions
The hostess was wonderful, she met us at the property and showed us the loft, also gave us lots of recommendations for things to do in Nice. The Loft was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed!!
The owner is excellent. She was there to meet us on arrival and handed over the keys with clear instructions
Great location, quick walk to everything you could need. Christine was a fantastic host and gave us many good recommendations on the area.
The host Christine was very welcoming and friendly, and even gave us some tips on what to do and see in Nice and restaurants worth visiting. It really made us feel welcome and appreciated.
The apartment is very cosy and quite spacious despite the low ceiling. It was very clean and well equipped, and would have been perfect even for a longer stay.
The location is great, very close to tram and train stations and also within walkable distance of the city's main attractions.
