Lovely setting close to the motorway though extremely quiet. Set in acres of land that would give opportunity for woodland walks. The hotel grounds have a lovely long drive and grassed area perfect for playing with our dog. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The staff pleasant and food delicious. The restaurant is very good and breakfast superb. You can take your dog into the restaurant and for breakfast in the morning.

Safe parking of a loaded car, great garden and woods, good sized room and fantastic dinner with excellent service and good interaction.

Hotel was nicer than the online pictures show. Food was excellent. Wine was excellent. Room was good for us with 2 dogs. Lovely grounds. A real oasis for us as we crossed France.

It is extremely convenient and the service is excellent. We have been staying there for over 20 years and it is a pleasure to return each time.

Beautiful location, lovely room, the bed was superb.A couple of things would enhance the experience. On arriving late, only one sachet of coffee and one teabag in the room for complimentary use. As we both drink coffee,, it seemed mean spirited and not in keeping with the otherwise lovely facilities. The breakfast was adequate if a little underwhelming, limited choice and for example, a tray of eggs available but the machine to boil them wasn’t switched on and had no water in it. The raw egg I opened on anticipation of it being already cooked was a messy disappointment. In addition,the internet didn’t seem to work. Overall, very nice indeed. We arrived too late for a meal in the restaurant but it looked like a very nice space.
