Для Парижа отличная цена.
Квартира комфортная, с удобной кроватью (матрасом), хорошей техникой (стиральная машина с функцией сушки, плита, мини-посудомойка, утюг, фен)
Достаточно удобно добираться из центра (до метро 15 и 22 минуты (разные ветки), автобус до триумфальной арки (и несколько других) прямо у парадной)
Недалеко до продуктовых магазинов (2минуты до Lidl (но он до 20.00), минут 10 до других супермаркетов+ у метро есть работающий аж до 23.00)
The lady was lovely but it would have been nicer to learn the whole procedure person to person.

The apartment has everything, a kitchen, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hairdryer, everything works, the location is quiet, shops are nearby, a bus is nearby, the house is decent
Cleaning wasn't bad. Private parking was a plus. The bus stop next to the building provided easy access to major landmarks. If you don't mind cooking, the amenities and especially the balcony were good by Paris standards.
