A small, studio apartment in a very lively neighborhood with great bars and restaurants. The place itself is small but has everything you need. The bed is a pull out couch, just an FYI. You are in the first floor next to the dumpsters but they are really clean and did not affect our experience at all. The bathroom is small but functional.
The area was really nice, the flat had everything that we needed.
Amazing location, good price for Paris, had all the facilities we needed, nice layout/decor, staff responded quickly to emails/calls.
Location is great ! New and clean apartment ! Hosts are easy to connect! The only disadvantage was noise: during the day neighbours, which daily were listening music quite loud and by nights radiator, which were making cracling sounds. But im sure radiator can be fixed (or you just dont need it in the summer) and neighbors are not the problem, if you are going to explore the city all day long.
