The staff was very friendly and the pool facilities are terrific. The location is very convenient to everything in Samoens.
The hotel has the amenities, as free WiFi, a fitness center, and a spa.
The kitchenette had everything you could think of, including a fridge, wine fridge, stovetop, microwave, and sink.
The location of the hotel is also great. It was close to many restaurants and stores, so we could easily find everything we needed. There were also plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area.
Very nice and comfortable, staff very helpful, great location.
Few parking spots to charge your electric car

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests - booking/recommending restaurants, room requests. Our rooms were together and a really good size, lots of storage and a balcony. They had an excellent system for our rooms together (I don't know if this is the same for all rooms) - there is one door which leads to a hallway and then the two rooms are either side of the hallway. We were then able to lock the main door and have the two bedroom doors unlocked.
The facilities were really good - pool, hot tub, gym (good but not excellent), communal areas, car park. The hotel is right in the village so it's easy to go out. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there.
