The roof terrace is fantastic: you have sun all day and it's spacious with a table for four. Equipment is good and pretty new. Located in the town center you're getting everywhere by walking fast. And you have all tram lines and various busses around the corner. Various supermarkets and decent restaurants within 200m. For coffee they have a capsule machine, which works fine. Beds were good.

Location is good. The appartement is clean. We visited Nice 4 times before. We like the area of Carabacel and Dubouchage.

I stayed for 10 days and the location was perfect. I love to walk and explore and it was an easy walk to just about everywhere. The buses and trams were plentiful but aside from taking the tram from Nice Airport which was super easy, I walked everywhere. The apartment was better than I expected, the kitchen was well supplied, fortunately I found the manual to operate the induction range and the terrace was lovely. I spent time every day out there. I loved being so close to the shops and enjoyed being easily able to shop for groceries when I didn’t feel like eating out. Some reviews had concerns about the shower water supply but I found as long as the bathroom sink was turned off, the shower was absolutely fine.
